I went on a trip to Soshu, Mushaku, and Shanghai in China with my mum because she had said sometimes to want to visit in Soshu that was in the lyrics of the old Japanese pop music. There was a tour for those areas and we did on it.
Actually, I remembered when I worked with older adults in the elderly care facility where some older men knew foreign countries due to the fact that they had went through WWII as well as their business after the war. The old Japanese songs which were composed just after the war when Japan was really poor and confused describes the appearances and atmosphere at that time. Soshu and Shanghai were the places where the Japanese had longed for. Working with them made me knowledgeable just after the war and empathized with Japanese people at that time. Hardship, agony, and deep loss. The current situation in Japan has been built by people who were devoted to re-construct our country.
Some of them might leave this planet already, I suppose. Thank you for giving me your significant memories.
